Neipliv is a housing brand of Hyeum Construction, a synthetic shell naming combining Nature, Fourleaf Clover and Live. A house like nature, which means a "good house" with happiness.

The logo design of the building motif, initial N and P expressed in monogram represents the English initials in wooden columns and branch shapes, and the curved part of P is designed as a symbol of luck, a four-leaf clover, meaning a house full of happiness and luck.
